Casa Stays resident needs to serve 30 days of the notice period. This, in a way, also means that the minimum duration of thirty days will also process the refund money when s/he leaves the property.
Considering, Casa Stays offers the best as well as affordable rental accommodations in the market. And, therefore, our resident is charged only a dime for our exceptional services. The rent is inclusive of zesty food, WiFi, washing machine and at some properties electricity bill as well. There are a few Casa Stays properties where food is given on subscription due to low demands.
Unlike the local PGs, we at Casa Stay, take a deposit of one month only which is equivalent to a month’s rent. This rent may vary according to the property in which you are staying. The main reason behind charging the deposit is solely for security reasons.
When you finalize a particular Casa Stays accommodation, a booking request is generated from your end. And, once, that is confirmed, you are required to pay the deposit money. This money is charged solely for security assurance purposes so that the residents do not damage/spoil the property.
Your deposit can be refunded when you leave the room permanently after serving the notice period of 30 days. Please note that the refund will be processed to the account details mentioned in the KYC details within 30 days of your exit.
A resident’s deposit money is generally refunded if they serve the notice period of thirty days. However, under the following circumstances, they are required to pay the deposit: -
- If she/he vacates the room without paying his/her rent and,
- If some sort of harm is meted to the property.
We provide homely meals in our premium accommodations, but we also have a space where you can make your own food.
Two meals are served regularly from Monday to Friday (Breakfast and Dinner) whereas, on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), we serve you lunch as well.
Food services depend on the property you are staying, few of them serve you food on a subscription basis.

If for some reason, you wish to transfer from one Casa Stays property to the other, you can do that by informing our Co-Living manager, wherein you need to give an Inter Property Transfer request. Post this, you are required to choose the Casa Stays property you want move-in. This can be done for any Casa Stays property across Pune. And, your rent and deposit will get adjusted according to your preferred property.
